All properties include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, full kitchen, free parking, and professional cleaning. The typical minimum for corporate and travel medical stays is 30 days, but we're flexible. If your engagement is slightly shorter or your dates are uncertain, reach out — we'll find a way to make it work.

Corporate and 30+ day stays get a monthly bundled rate that includes:

  • All utilities (electric, gas, water)
  • High-speed Wi-Fi (132 Mbps at Sanders, fiber at all three)
  • Weekly or biweekly housekeeping (your choice)
  • Linens, towels, full kitchen equipment, parking

A one-time cleaning and turnover fee applies at the start of the stay. Indiana state and Marion County lodging taxes are exempt by law for stays of 30 nights or longer — a meaningful saving versus a hotel or extended-stay property. No service fees, no booking fees, no resort fees.

Corporate and insurance bookings use a written lease addendum, not the leisure cancellation policy. Standard terms:

  • 30+ days before check-in — full refund of deposit.
  • Inside 30 days — prorated refund based on the lease.
  • Date changes — one no-charge change permitted, subject to availability.
  • Insurance displacement extensions — in 30-day increments with 7 days notice.

Custom terms available on request — we work with adjusters, relocation managers, and travel-medical coordinators every month.

One pet under 50 lbs is welcome at The Sanders only, on stays of 30 nights or longer, booked directly through us. A $5 per night pet fee plus a $200 one-time deep-clean fee applies. Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Akita, Chow Chow, and Wolf hybrids. The Olive and The Spruce remain pet-free.
