Gen Con Rentals
Convention Weekend 2026 — July 30 to August 2
Your Gen Con Headquarters
Gen Con turns downtown Indianapolis into the largest tabletop gaming convention in North America. Seventy thousand gamers flood the Indiana Convention Center for four days, every downtown hotel sells out within hours of housing opening, and the late bookers end up commuting from Carmel. Circle City BnBs offers a different plan: three professionally managed homes in Fountain Square and Bates-Hendricks, three to six minutes from the Convention Center, where your group can spread out, host a side game, and actually sleep before the 8 AM event slot.
Each home sleeps up to six guests. Between them, that's housing for eighteen people in matched-quality homes inside 10 minutes of one another. Bring the whole gaming group, the playtest crew, or the exhibitor team—and skip the three-hotel-room logistics entirely.
Booking window: Twelve months out. The Sanders fills first because it's closest to the Convention Center.

How close are your rentals to the Indiana Convention Center?
The Sanders is three minutes by car from the Convention Center. The Olive and the Spruce are both six minutes. Walking is doable from the Sanders (about 25 minutes through Bates-Hendricks); from the Fountain Square homes it's 35 to 45 minutes on foot, so most guests rideshare or drive.
What is the minimum stay for Gen Con weekend?
Gen Con weekend usually carries a three or four-night minimum spanning Wednesday or Thursday through Sunday. Real-time minimums load inside the booking widget once you select a home.
How early should I book?
Twelve months out is the safe window. Downtown Indianapolis hotels sell out the day Gen Con housing opens in January, and our three homes book progressively from there. By April, expect limited inventory. By June, expect Sanders to be gone.
Do you have space for game tables and side sessions?
Yes. Each home has either a dining table that seats six or a kitchen island plus a living room large enough for a four-to-six person tabletop session. The Spruce's open single-story layout with 14-16 foot ceilings is particularly well suited for hosting playtest groups in the off-hours.
What about parking during Gen Con?
Every home has free off-street parking. The Spruce has an attached two-car garage with a Level 2 Tesla charger. The Olive and Sanders both have driveway parking plus EV charging. You can park at the home and rideshare or drive yourself to the Convention Center each morning—no scrambling for downtown garage spots.
Can we host a group of more than six?
Yes. Book two or three homes together and you can house up to eighteen guests within a 10-minute drive of one another. Same professional management, same keyless check-in, same 24/7 support. Use the inquiry form to coordinate a multi-home booking and we'll help you align dates.
